A northern Missouri man is charged with four sex crimes against an underage girl. Those charges were filed in Linn County over the weekend. James Thurston, 43, of Marceline, Mo., is charged with three counts of first-degree sexual abuse involving a victim under the age of 14 and one count of statutory sodomy involving a victim under the age of 14.
