Rogers, who is Jenelle Evans’ ex-husband, was arrested in North Carolina in January 2020 for one count of felony larceny and one count of felony possession of a schedule I drug. In January 2021, he received an infraction of unauthorized tobacco use and had a projected release date of May 2021. He is currently under post-release supervision, after being released on May 6, 2021. His parole ends in January 2022.
